Back Orders: If an item is out of stock we will Email you with details as to availability and ask if you wish to proceed with the order. No payment will be charged until the order is dispatched.
Delivery: We aim to dispatch orders the same day Monday to Friday of all orders placed by12:30pm, paid for by credit/debit card. (next day thereafter).
Returns and exchanges: All items for exhange or refund should be returned to reach us within 7 days of their receipt by the customer. Only faulty items can be considered for exchange outside this period.
Items can only be accepted for exchange or refund if they are returned with all their original packaging, tags & labels, in good resalable condition. RETURNS ADDRESS is 4 Thomson Street

All returns and exchanges must be sent postage paid. We recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid parcels. Postage is non-refundable unless items are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Standard second class recorded postage will be refunded in these circumstances only.
There will be no administration fee charged for exchanged or returned products, however the buyer will be charged the return carriage cost for exchanges.
Items accepted for a refund will be subject to the outgoing postage & packaging charge, unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
All tights, body stockings, dance supports and socks are final sales. This does not affect your statutory rights.
